Build strong relationships with in-store staff & retail management

Develop, motivate, coach & train in-store staff

Maintain brand image by adhering to merchandising guidelines & schematics

Qualifications

- Diploma / SPM lever holders.
- Minimum 3 years of retail experience, of which 1 year must be in a assistant outlet manager / senior position.
- Strong personality with qualities of leadership and resourcefulness.
- Able to work shifts and on weekends / public holidays.
- Responsible for driving sales to meet monthly targets.
- Responsible for staff supervision and development.
